Fig Gin & Tonic

When I was younger (but thought I was grown) I went through a gin and tonic phase. It was like two years. Everything from Bombay to Empress, and even some more botanical gins from places like Japan. I loved the strong crisp taste that gin has. No need to add too many extras, gin and tonic is the way to go. Enjoy this fall twist on a classic.

  • 2 oz Gin

  • 1 ½ oz Fig Syrup

  • Tonic Water (to taste)

  • Fresh Fig

  • Sprig of Thyme

Combine gin with fig syrup and stir. Top with tonic water. Garnish with fresh fig and thyme. Sip!
